From dyslexic with no prospects to a photographer with a full book of appointments

Second lecture in the lecture series ‘Former participants of the preparatory course in design at the art school provide insights’. In his lecture at the Liechtenstein Art School, Leander Rambichler-Praxmarer reports on how his career path has unfolded.

Leander Rambichler-Praxmarer, born in Tyrol, studied photography and trained as a graphic designer. A few years ago, he completed the preliminary design course at the Liechtenstein Art School. Today, Berlin is his base for projects throughout Europe. His longing for lightness, movement and a dynamic lifestyle is reflected in his work. He sees the medium of photography as a tool with which to control impact, feelings and statements. His focus is on dynamic and authentic images in the field of branding and advertising. ‘A photo is good if it achieves the desired effect and fulfils its intended purpose.’
