Compliance Day 2025 presents current developments
The professorships for Corporate, Foundation and Trust Law, Banking and Financial Market Law, and Commercial Criminal Law, Compliance and Digitalisation at the Liechtenstein Business Law School at the University of Liechtenstein are hosting Compliance Day 2025 on Tuesday, 27 May. The focus will be on new developments and current issues in the field of compliance.
The first block of topics in the morning will be devoted to the interface between compliance requirements and operational processes in companies.
The second block of topics will then deal with risk prevention as an important area of compliance.
The first block of topics in the afternoon will be devoted to financial market law. The focus will be on a regulatory update on the new Liechtenstein Banking Act, the AML package and MiCAR.
The second block of topics in the afternoon will focus on digitalisation. On the one hand, it will deal with risk management from a data protection perspective, taking AI into account, and on the other hand, with internal investigations in the digital age.
Following the presentations, the Liechtenstein Business Law School invites participants to an aperitif and an opportunity to exchange ideas.
